I suggest you have a good understanding of what you're purchasing since some programs are advanced (I'll let you know if you should have prior knowledge before purchasing). My Guarantee for Smaller Workshops
For smaller workshops (priced under $50) ONLY:
You have three (3) days from the date you enroll in the workshop to cancel your agreement and have 100% of your payment refunded if you paid by cash or check. If paying by credit card, we will retain a $5 reimbursement fee to cover our fees from the credit card company. After three days, you may reschedule your attendance to the same event for up to one year at any location.
My Guarantee for Weekend Seminars
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You have three (3) days from the date you enroll in the weekend seminars to cancel your agreement and have 100% of your deposit refunded if you paid by cash or check. If you paid by credit card, we will retain a $10 reimbursement fee to cover our credit card processing fees. After three days, there is a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% PER SEMINAR SESSION.
Once the seminar has started, if at any time prior to the conclusion of your session, you should become dissatisfied with the program, simply meet with your instructor to discuss your dissatisfaction and if we are unable to resolve the problem, we will refund your entire enrollment fee less the non-refundable cancellation fee. My Guarantee for Major Trainings (5 days or longer)
Our guarantee is simple... Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You have seven (7) days from the date you enroll in the trainings to cancel your agreement and have 100% of your deposit refunded if you paid by cash or check. If you paid by credit card, we will retain a 6% reimbursement fee to cover our credit card processing fees.
After seven days, there is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $700 PER TRAINING SESSION. Once the training has started, if at any time prior to the conclusion of your session, you should become dissatisfied with the program, simply meet with your instructor to discuss your dissatisfaction and if we are unable to resolve the problem, we will refund your entire enrollment fee less the non-refundable cancellation fee. Guaranteed Free of Defects
All books, CDs, audio cassettes and video tapes are guaranteed to be free of material defects. You may return any item for a free replacement if it does not arrive in satisfactory condition. Defective audio cassettes will be replaced for you as long as we continue to stock that title. Foreign orders, please include return postage.
Returns and Exchanges
Call us for a return authorization number. Include the return authorization number when returning the item so we may credit your account. When you call, we will provide you with the proper address to return your item. Please help us by being prepared to explain the problem with your order.
