Know this about me... I believe that you have the ability to create the life you desire. You were born to be happy and to live life to its fullest. If your life does not match your idea of what it should be, then it is a matter of deciding what you want and taking action to make it a reality.
What action can you take? Action includes focus, intention, developing skills, gaining knowledge, and changing behaviors; all well within your ability to achieve.
I know this because I've walked the path. I've learned a lot along the way and I'd like to share it with you.
Guiding and teaching people to discover and claim their personal power is my absolute passion. I commit 100% to giving you everything I can in our coaching relationship, my seminars, workshops and private sessions. As the founder of Great Life Training & Consulting, LLC, Kymm Nelsen blends her passion for teaching with a proven background in business development and coaching. She learned early in her career that success comes from a clear focus on tangible results. With that objective in mind, she designs, guides, and implements learning strategies that encompass both short and long term growth for individuals and the organization.
Kymm’s training and coaching expertise has taken her inside some of the world's most successful companies, including Nike, HP, Intel, and Kaiser Permanente. She evaluates communications, generates strategies for performance improvement, and develops training and professional development programs that set new levels for personal and organizational achievement. In addition to corporate clients, she has consulted and trained federal and state agencies, colleges and universities, non-profits, and small businesses from start-up sole proprietors to emerging leaders in their markets.
Kymm Nelsen is a Master Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Coach and certified trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming. She began her professional journey with a focus on Education in college, continuing on with professional certificates in many technical specialties and is now earning a PhD in Hypnosis. She designs and presents personal and professional development seminars around the Pacific Northwest, and serves as an instructor for an international coaching and professional development company. Her commitment to excellence and ability to achieve results has garnered accolades in the fields of professional leadership and community service.
She is a member of the Association for Integrative Psychology, National Guild of Hypnotists, the International Federation of NLP, and the International NLP Coaching Association.
